In December, steps were initiated to close the subsidiary LDM Armaturen during 2025. At the same time, an agreement was signed with Frakta Vertriebs GmbH, valid from January 1, 2025, for exclusive representation in the existing markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) previously served by LDM Armaturen.
